The Detroit duo JR JR are our guests this week, playing songs from their new, double album called “Invocations/Conversations.” Started while still on Warner Brothers, Josh Epstein and Daniel Zott got out of their deal and created another album’s worth of songs, launching their new indie label with 16 brand new tunes. Daniel also became a dad for the second and third time, while Josh moved to L.A. We caught up with them while they were both home, recording at MusicTown Studios in District Detroit.
