This week, Nathaniel Rateliff resumes his solo work with his first album in 7 years, “And It’s Still Alright.” After 2 hit albums with The Night Sweats, Rateliff had planned to do his solo album with Night Sweats producer Richard Swift. Swift’s untimely death in 2018 changed the plan, but informed and inspired Nathaniel’s new work. Our session was recorded recently at Blackbird Studios in Nashville.
